I think it’s time to either delete the blog or give it up to someone else. It’s pretty much dead around these parts. Its mostly my fault because…well…I didn’t really do much in Pottermore really. I want to wait until book 4 is open before I go on. Anyone have suggestions to get the blog up and exciting again?

time issues stink!
i keep running out of time on my swelling potion. i do everything quickly, and i hang around the site for 45 minutes while it brews. i always have only 20 seconds to do the final step which calls for brewing on low for 30 seconds. i fail every time i dont get it. is there any way around it? it’s driving me crazy.
Made my first twin set for a set of twins! The handles are a slight bit different but they’re the same design, color and core. Can’t wait to start giving these away!
Hi :) I've searched on Google and can't find anyone with a similar problem: I'm still on the practice for Cure for Boils, and I can't add things to the mortar. I drag the ingredients all the way there, drop them in, and POOF! They disappear and there is no counter saying how many things I've dropped in. The book doesn't cross out the first instruction. I can stir the spoon, drop things into the cauldron (the counter works there) and turn on the cauldron, but nothing on the mortar! Can you help?

AnonymousI don’t believe this has ever happened to me. Does this happen every time? You might want to clear your cache (can’t help you there, its different on every browser). You could also change browsers too, for instance if it happens on Internet Explorer, you might want to try Firefox. If it happens again, message me c:

I’m terribly sorry I haven’t done much about Potions right now. I’m still regenerating all the stuff I lost when I bombed the Polyjuice potion pt2. I promise I’ll get on it when I have the time.

I can brew the first part of the swelling solution fine. I had the bat spleens and I stir counter-clockwise, but when you need to bring up the heat the second time, as soon as I turn on the fire it says I wasn't brewing it correctly. Am I missing some instructions or a trick or something? I have attempted this 5 times and I kept encountering the same problem.

AnonymousAre you sure they’re between the two ranges? Sometimes if you gets even a little over or under it’ll say its wrong.
Try starting it with the high flame, then once it hits the range switch between low flame and no flame.
